this group is just that, a group, not a sect... i particularly take/learn what i find useful for me and even if sometimes i don't agree with some of the opinions/messages, i don't have to desqualify them, i just don't process them into my computer (head/mind). ..and that means being respectful towards others. remember and respect the diversity of opinion and energy!
so, if this is afecting YOU that much, do as you said: leave this group to stop being miserable. do not think for 'poor us', think for 'poor you'. the problem here is not us but you, it is a reflection of you.
