It looks like modern wars (all of them?), have no
winners...and neither have losers.
We cannot understand what's happening in the world,
particularly in the Middle East if the concept of asymmetrical warfare is not
understood.
Asymmetric warfare is war between belligerents
whose relative military power differs significantly, or whose strategy or
tactics differ significantly.
