Two former participants in the CIA’s Mars visitation program of the early 1980’s have confirmed that U.S. President Barack H. Obama was enrolled in their Mars training class in 1980 and was among the young Americans from the program who they later encountered on the Martian surface. Mars visitors Andrew D. Basiago and William B. Stillings will be appearing with Mars whistle blower Laura M. Eisenhower. Andrew D. Basiago is a lawyer from Washington State and rising figure in the Truth Movement. He holds five degrees, including a BA in History from UCLA and a Master of Philosophy from Cambridge.
In the 1970’s, Andy was a child participant in DARPA’s time travel program, Project Pegasus. In the 1980’s, he visited Mars for the CIA’s Mars program. Today, Andy is the president of Project Pegasus and the Mars Anomaly Research Society. William B. Stillings was born in Virginia and raised in the intelligence community as the son of a father employed by Lockheed and NASA-JPL. He was a mechanical prodigy who repaired television sets without instruction at age four. He has served in the United States Navy and worked in the bio tech field.
