This question comes from a friend of mine: Will Aliens reveal themselves openly to Humankind?

Those aliens are presumably the entities that are behind the UFO phenomenon, the ufonauts in the words of James Black.

Aliens are ruled by the 9^th house, and some modern astrologers suggest that extraterrestrials are signified by Uranus.

Planets and stars must tell me more about this, I think.

The first house always rules the querent and looking for the Ascendant we see it at 6 Libra 55’, so that the ruler is Venus and also as Mars and the Moon.

If we consider the 9^th house which is in Gemini for the aliens, we have Mercury as ruler of the question itself.

Venus, ruler of the aliens 9^th house conjuncts the Fixed Star Vega, and this conjunction tells us about entities that are hard-hearted, cold and miserly and suggests ugliness or deformity.

Mercury in the sixth house of service, illness and servitude, applies for a trine with Mars, so indeed we have a very concrete contact between rulers of querent and quesited houses. This shows a positive answer to our question.

Venus not only conjuncts the evil star mentioned above, but also conjuncts Pluto, a planet related to chaos, conflagrations and nuclear energy. Both planets are in the 4^th house which in Horary Astrology rules the end of the matter.

Moon is very strong here, in her own sign Cancer, separating from an opposition to Venus and applying to a square with Mars, so she is translating the light between these two signifiers.

Also we must consider that all the planets ruling this question are angular, and therefore strong even if afflicted.

The answer is YES, these aliens will reveal themselves to humankind.

Traditional Astrologer analyzes the presumed human-ET. agreement.

Some UFO researchers suggest that there is some kind of alliance or agreement between terrestrial government(s) and non-human entities. The question is this alliance exists or not.

The complexity of this question requires a careful analysis of those astrological houses, luminaries and planets involved in the Horary Astrological chart.

The Ascendant of the first house which represents the querent is at 8 Degrees 35 minutes of Virgo, and Mercury is the Ruler of this sign particularly at Night.

Alliances and pacts are matters that fall under the rulership of the 7^th house, whose cusp is 8 degrees and 35 minutes of Pisces, ruled by Jupiter. This planet retrograde and in is in his exaltation in Cancer, zodiacal signed ruled by the Moon, which even if it is  void of course, applies to a very close conjunction with the first house ruler Mercury conjunct Neptune in Pisces.  

And here we have a surprise, (not a nice one,) because Moon, Mercury, Sun and Neptune are in the Sixth House of dependence, servitude, submission and in old times, slavery.

Mercury in this bad six house, conjuncts Neptune and this conjunction talks about rumors, treachery, psychic powers used for negative purposes and abdication. Also, Neptune rules places of confinement and mass delusions. 

Now, Neptune is conjunct the Fixed Star Fomalhaut and this conjunction means “many secret enemies, connected with secret affairs or government work, occult interests.”

What is this chart “telling me?” If I understand all this well, the answer is NO, there is no alliance, because alliance means agreement.

The traditional astrologer has the right to deny some readings. I am reading a negative answer and also am convinced that the stars are telling me too much. Sorry about this. After all, the Void of Course Moon is a stricture.

Professional Prophets little tricks

The experts in Extraterrestrial Visitors need at least two things: one is the clear understanding of amphibology and the other is believers’ forgetfulness.

The less known fallacy of amphibology implies the utilization of statements that can be interpreted in many ways.

Suppose you can predict the results of a presidential election. You can perhaps tell your amazed followers that a man who talks about change will win the election. Also you can say that this man smiles and points frequently to the audience.

The prophet will always be right in his/her prediction, since every candidate talks about change and points an imaginary friend with his finger while he smiles.

Believers’ forgetfulness is nothing but self-delusion.  The true believer wants to believe. Needs someone to tell her/him what is right and what’s wrong. Needs somebody to tell him what the future will bring.

So, he must have a bad memory, and forget previous predictions. If nothing happens in 2013, and predictions remain unfulfilled, the prophet will be talking and writing about what 2014 will bring to us: Ascension, Redemption, Quantum Jumps, Arrival of the Saviors, a guide from the stars, and some catastrophic events.

These are the same things he predicted for 2013. If he used meaningless words, the believers will again follow the Cosmic Prophets’ teachings. They will forget and renew their faith.

In this way, Exopoliticians, Exoexperts, Exobiologists and Cosmic Alchemists will keep the audience and clients.

UFO, wishful thinking and self-delusion.

Jon Kelly writing in the Vancouver UFO Examiner, shows wishful thinking and delusion at work. In his words,

“A new video posted to YouTube on January 23, 2014, reveals evidence for communications bridging the gap between human consciousness and other cosmic intelligences. A series of displays from mysterious sky objects recorded in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, reveal how these entities appear to possess an uncanny knack for showing up in the right place at the right time whenever the cameras are rolling.”

In my own perspective, after decades of awareness of the UFO phenomenon, UFOs are not in a process of gradual approximation to contact, not at all. On the contrary the ufonauts, (if any) are doing in the last four of five thousand years their own thing, performing some kind of operation that we cannot understand.

But there is even more (or less,) because the UFO entities are not interested in telling us what are they doing here.

The ants in your garden probably see something big moving near the anthill, but neither can these poor insects imagine who or what you are, nor will you tell the ants about you and your activities.

Presumably life in the Universe is a rare phenomenon, and distances and differences make the communication impossible and perhaps undesirable.

The big problem of Humanity is self-destruction. It is our own problem and nobody else’s.

Richard Dolan, UFO and the "prosperous few"

Richard Dolan's ideology is pretty clear.He reclaims our freedom from a lifetime of UFO secrecy . How nice and courageous. He doesn't care abut capitalism, corporate corruption, hunger, the "prosperous few" a the "poor" many. 

Somewhere, Richard confessed that he was a reader of Noam Chomsky, perhaps the most lucid critic of Capitalism and Imperialism. 

Now, Dolan is a public figure. He is into selling fantasies, urban legends and ghost hunting. Men change. Richard Dolan is not worried about injustice, cruelty, exploitation. He cares about the UFO cover up and the disclosure. He thinks that UFOs sells more than hunger.
